Welcome to Scuba World Divers at the Mövenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay. Set along one of the most stunning stretches of the Red Sea coast, our diving center gives you direct access to some of Egypt's most spectacular reefs, including Tobia Arba, Ras Abu Soma and the renowned Panorama Reef. Whether you are taking your first breaths underwater or you are an experienced diver, our professional, multilingual team is here to guide you with led dives, certified courses and high-quality equipment. Calm, crystal-clear water, excellent visibility and rich marine life make Soma Bay the ideal destination to explore the underwater world in complete safety.

RECEPTION

The reception of the diving center is 7 days a week open from 08:00 - 18:00 in summer and from 08:00 - 17:00 in winter.
Our professional and multilingual staff will be happy to answer all your questions and help you with your check-in and check-out.
To avoid the rush hour, it is best to come to check-in or check-out and around 10:00 or 15:00.

SCUBA DIVING EQUIPMENT

We offer our guests only brand new and high-quality scuba diving equipment of ScubaPro.
Following the safety standards we maintain the scuba equipment on a regular basis.

SCUBA TANKS

We dive with regularly maintained aluminium tanks. You can choose between 8, 10, 12 and 15 liter air or Nitrox tanks.

COMPRESSOR ROOM

We care about safety standards and high quality equipment, so we use a brand new BAUER Compressor System and a NRC compressor for Nitrox.

DIVING BOATS

Our daily half- and full-day diving boats are very comfortable and well-equipped.
We have:
Zodiak/Speed boat we use on a daily basis for short and half-day trips.
(It has 2 four stock Engine 225 ps - 8,5 Meter)
Daily boat for full-day and long distance trips.
(It has sundeck, salon, toilets, open boat deck)

TRAINING CENTER

The theoretical part of the course is conducted in a very comfortable classroom equipped with a TV set, a white-board and air-conditioner.
